How To Eat Kushikatsu -
Above is the master and his helper preparing the sticks at the counter. On the table is a bowl of fresh veggies to snack on while waiting between sticks, next to that is our dipping tray ( Tonkotsu, Ponzu, Seasoned Salk, Tomato and hot mustard). In the front is our first stick in the meal, in this case it's shrimp wrapped with shiso leaves.
